We want UT Dallas to be your home away from home! With all the ways there are to stay involved at UT Dallas, you’ll want to come early, leave late and explore all the great programs, events, student organizations and academic services the University has to offer.

Freshman Commuter Program - Designed for freshmen during their first-year at UT Dallas, the Freshman Commuter Program connects commuters to campus. Students are placed into small groups led by an Orientation Leader, the groups will meet a few times during the semester for study sessions, meals on campus, attend games or campus events, and learn about how to get involved in other organizations! Student Organization Center — With over 200 student organizations at UT Dallas you can find one right for you. The SOC can help you explore current student organizations, or start your own!

SUAAB — The Student Union & Activities Advisory Board offers a variety of events to promoe student invovelement. Events include comedians, concerts, Casino Night, Springapalooza, and the Homecoming Dance. Events are FREE and all year long.

seekUT

The University of Texas System launched seekUT (search + earnings + employment = knowledge), a website and interactive tool for students and families to help plan their academic futures. This website provides valuable data about employment earnings for the first five years after graduation, as well as average student loan debt, for graduates by degree major. Whatever your path, information to help you make decisions along the way to aquiring a quality education is invaluable.
